We are a new integrative medicine practice providing speciality medical and psychiatric services in person and remotely to patients seeking a comprehensive and compassionate approach to their care.
We will be providing a wide range of services, including general medical specialty treatments such as; Lifestyle medicine, Chinese Medicine and acupuncture.
In addition to Behavioral health and Integrative Psychiatric care, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.
We will provide free training and certification for learning TMS.
We are looking for someone with patience, professionalism, and kindness to join our team.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients as they arrive and assist with check-in procedures- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments- input insurance information- Collect co-payments and payments for services rendered- Maintain patient records and ensure that they are up-to-date- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely manner- Coordinate with other medical professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
Experience:
- Previous experience is preferred, but not required, minimal professional licensing as CNA or MA.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
