Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Support Agent to join our team! In this role you will get to be the cheerful helpful face of the program! What You'll Be Doing:
Respond to incoming phone calls from industry partners Help users reset passwords and related application activity Answer questions from industry partners about the program equipment and supplies Reviewing invoices and payment history with industry partners What Required Skills You'll Bring:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
