POSITION SUMMARY


Under the direction of Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a consultant to leadership and staff on human resources related issues and serves as a liaison between HR and assigned operational departments across CVMC. The HRBP establishes and maintains effective partnering relationships with department leaders to ensure their goals and objectives related to human resources are achieved and aligned with organizational strategy and initiatives. The HRBP partners with HR colleagues across network-wide groups including talent acquisition, HRIS, compensation, benefits, learning and development to ensure timely, value added and integrated service to the CVMC workforce. The HRBP maintains effective levels of regulatory and business literacy about organizational and department business function and objectives, providing guidance for issues relevant to employee and labor relations.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and work experience. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, HRIS and LMS products.


EXPERIENCE


Three plus years of experience in Human Resources professional role required. Acute healthcare experience preferred. Union experience preferred. Must have strong experience resolving complex employee relations issues.


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
