Overview of Job Function:
The Account Executive is responsible for our top customers and prospects. This role is expected to identify, drive, sell and maintain sales relationships within their assigned territory. The AE is responsible to own and set their account strategy and vision and puts together a plan to execute both the tactics and strategies necessary to hit both quarterly and annual sales objectives.
The Account Executive will leverage Sales fully and up to leveled expectations. This role will be responsible for the cross functional relationships and interactions with other internal departments such as Pre-Sales, Channels, Sales Operations, and Customer Services.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
Execute the Company's sales strategies and achieve established sales quota in the assigned territory by identifying business opportunities through territory management, target account prospecting and profiling.
Responsible to lead all regularly scheduled calls and help assign tasks with accountability to the virtual team members.
Owns the Executive relationships and responsible for understanding the customers' business needs and direction and be up to speed with all current events within the account and be able to map our solutions to help them meet their business objectives.
Owns the overall pipeline and responsible for both closing and prospecting into Verint' stop accounts.
Conducts face to face calls with customers and prospects.
Thoroughly assess the customer's needs and present an appropriate sales solution, utilizing where appropriate, the region's Solutions Engineer(s) as needed.
Responsible to sell Verint's full product line.
Single Verint's point of contact.
Provide effective sales presentations/product demonstrations to prospective customer management.
Maintain effective relationships with established customers and develop strategies to maximize revenue opportunities through increased portfolio usage.
Provide the sales management team with accurate and timely reporting of activities including weekly and monthly sales forecasts, the status of the sales pipeline and results of prospecting activities.
Provide routine updates to the Company's sales database with account activity and status.
Maintain a thorough on-going knowledge of Verint products and technology, as well as industry trends.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum seven (7) years of direct sales experience within the enterprise software industry, selling complex software solutions such as Workforce Planning, Call Center Recording and/or Monitoring solutions, ERP, CRM or related system sales.
Must have demonstrated track record of sales success with high dollar value technology products/solutions.
Must be able to prospect and identify business opportunities, conduct needs analysis and present and close solutions sales to targeted accounts.
Professional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal are required with the ability to penetrate and establish relationships with customer's senior level executives.
Must possess excellent negotiation and closing skills with the proven ability to qualify prospects from both an operational and financial standpoint
Travel approximately 50-75%
Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC and Social Security verification.
Preferred Requirements:
Working knowledge of value added ROI business process sales engagements
Knowledge of Workforce Management, and /or CRM/ERP software background desired
Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
