A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a EDM Data Warehouse Business Analyst to join our team in Montpelier, Vermont.
Reporting to a member of the Information Technology Leadership Team (ITLT), the business analyst isresponsible for providing business and systems analytical subject matter expertise in support of IT department initiatives. This includes development of business requirements, related business rules and analysis of process, systems, data and procedures in order to meet the technology and process needs of assigned projects or other work efforts. The Business Analyst will work closely with the IT Leader, Business Unit Owner and/or assigned Project Manager to provide business Subject Matter Expertise in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of business and functional requirements. The Business Analysis is expected to be a Subject Matter Expert in their assigned area of support, including detailed knowledge of business process, business rules and a solid understanding of the systems that support such business functions at Healthcare Payers client. The Business Analyst will work in multiple team and project arrangements such as lead participant of a project work team or directly for a Business Unit Owner for assigned projects. Although resident in the IT department, the Business Analyst will work closely with, and have skills that are complementary to, business analyst counterparts within the Healthcare Payer''s business departments.
Experience:
_5 years Demonstrating Excellent documentation abilities to capture both current state and new requirements. Ability with MS Visio and other documentation tools._
5 years -proven ability to work with project management techniques, tools and methods and the use of Microsoft Project and MSOffice suite of products.
5 years Experience with operational processes in a managed care environment. This includes enrolment, claims processing and customer service.
5 years Medicare/Medicaid Claims Adjudication Experience
This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
