A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Operations Liaison/Specialist to join our team in Montpelier, Vermont .
Ensure quality customer service through dedicated support for an operational area within our organization.
Superior written and verbal communication skills
High level of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, SharePoint, and MS Project
Familiar with ITIL processes
Familiar with Software Development processes
Ability to be diplomatic is a premium skill for this position
Ability to manage multiple situations and prioritize accordingly
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience with project management skills and methodologies
Excellent problem diagnostic skills
Ability to develop business relationships and communicate effectively with the user community
Ability to work under pressure to be responsive to client calls for assistance.
Solid troubleshooting skills
Understanding of client/server architecture and applications built on Windows infrastructure
Basic knowledge of mainframe terms and environment
Basic understanding of LAN/WAN/VM technology
Understanding of application security concepts and Active Directory
Job Level Specific Duties:
Become familiar with business processes and systems in operational area
Work with operational area to identify and produce service level agreement reports
Use Microsoft tools to produce reports to aid operational area in the form of dashboard and reports
Prepare documentation for training and usage of applications used by operational area
Produce regular status reports of activities and accomplishments
Provide one-on-one and group training for operational area associates
Be liaison in the operational area for escalation of service requests

This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
