## Description
This role supports Client Management for a global GCG technology customer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing end to end support for day to day travel program requirements, general assistance for program management including access to Travel Force, Medallia, Global GDS access for Sabre, Amadeus and Galileo, billing reconciliations, hotel guide tool, and Traveler profile for profile updates. Function as a liaison between Client Management and Service delivery to ensure program connectivity. Interact and support client in special projects and day-to-day requests such as Policy Exception management and pre/post trip accuracy reporting.
Provides overall Client Program support to the Global Client Manager by assisting with tactical day to day navigation of support requests and travel information, both Offline and Online
Drives results by operating with a sense of urgency, employing effective time management to deliver results within deadlines
Supports internal/external document production and internal/external projects as required
Provides functional support for MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for data consolidation, analysis and client document needs
Facilitate the American Express Preferred Rate Data System (PRDS) vendor rate loading process for Air and Hotel
Complete the client''s profile set up
Annual validation of client information forms and client specific data fields like pseudo cities and ARC numbers
Facilitate or route routine maintenance requests to the appropriate GetThere online support team. These will include policy updates, verbiage changes and site setting changes
Provide support for service inquiries and CSI escalations, as needed
Coordinate product support requirements with all appropriate AMEX departments
Assists with new client implementations specifically related to a clients program
Provide support for BTA reconciliation assisting with researching unmatched items
## Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of the Business Travel Industry
Exceptional PowerPoint skills with high proficiency in Excel, Word, & Outlook databases and websites
Ability to work in a team environment, under pressure and maintain flexibility
Ability to build and leverage strong working relationships
Strong Project Management and organizational skills, with utilization of project management methodology provided by Global Project Manager
Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands to meet deadlines
Adaptation to change and new direction on short notice
Ability to identify issues or challenges requiring escalation
Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure of client driven deliverables / demands
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to learn technology and navigate resolution to technology issues using American Express support channels
Degree preferred or equivalent experience
